About the Role Join the Applications IAM team to secure application-to-application interactions across Swiss Re's global IT ecosystems. In this hybrid Madrid-based role, you'll tackle complex authentication and authorization challenges and shape security solutions that strengthen our cybersecurity posture. What You'll Do
- Identify and assess authentication and authorization risks in application-to-application use cases across the organization.
- Design and prototype innovative solutions to mitigate security risks and strengthen our cybersecurity posture.
- Drive group-wide risk mitigation by structuring, explaining, and presenting risks and solutions, supporting teams in implementing effective security measures, and coordinating execution across cross-functional teams. What We're Looking For
