About the Role RELEX Solutions is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to drive the ongoing optimization and governance of our Salesforce platform and support the performance of global go-to-market teams. The role focuses on translating business needs into Salesforce solutions, leading development projects, and leveraging Sales Cloud native features and Salesforce AI capabilities to improve sales processes. What You'll Do
- Transforming internal stakeholders’ business needs into practical Salesforce implementations.
- Understanding solution design & deployment cycle from requirement specifications to deployment.
- Leading Salesforce development projects and proactively identifying pain points and areas for further development.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Finance & Product to build processes and define best practices related to Salesforce.
