We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, commissioning, and reliability improvement of rotating equipment.
- Lead and support critical maintenance activities, shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning activities.
- Drive equipment reliability improvement through Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and predictive and preventive maintenance strategies.
- Mentor and coach technicians through structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) and competency development programs.
