About the Role The Senior Project Manager for Semrush's Creative Agency will act as the central operational engine for the Web Design Team, bridging web strategy and execution and removing operational friction. You will own intake, drive sprint planning, and manage cross-functional dependencies to ensure high-quality digital projects are delivered on time. What You'll Do
- Own the web experience intake process and workload distribution; turn weekly sprint planning outputs into actionable project timelines.
- Coordinate dependencies between Web/Email Design, Web Development, Localization, and external stakeholders from briefing to delivery; partner closely with Art Directors, Designers, Developers, freelancers and external vendors to keep everyone aligned.
