About the Role The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of development parcels outside the core Theme Park for Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), overseeing planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality align with the ERC masterplan. What You'll Do
- Lead planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of assigned development parcels outside the core Theme Park, ensuring delivery in accordance with approved budgets, schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and the ERC masterplan.
- Manage relationships with third-party developers and key stakeholders to ensure alignment with Universal's objectives and development requirements.
