- Manage the development and execution of large, complex projects with external dependencies and ensure alignment with scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
- Lead scrum teams in applying Agile methodology and practices; oversee daily standups and weekly retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to set campaign timelines, ensure deliverables meet plan, and raise red-status or risk items to management.
