About the Role
The Senior Project Manager provides consulting services for our multi-use facility client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Projects consist of both ground up, MEP infrastructure, and capital improvement construction projects. Role may require up to 50% travel regionally predominantly in the Eastern Time Zone.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
