About the Role We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager at MCL Construction who is accountable, collaborative, and relentlessly thorough — someone who takes genuine ownership, builds high-performing teams, and holds the line on quality, schedule, and trust. The role involves owning the project outcome from kickoff to closeout and mentoring the team that delivers it. What You'll Do
- Lead projects from kickoff to closeout.
- Mentor and develop project teams.
- Manage contracts and vendor relationships.
- Ensure quality, schedule, and budget alignment across projects. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in construction or engineering.
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience, with 5+ years as a PM.
- Experience with budgets and contracts; GMP/CMAR experience preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office. Nice to Have
- GMP/CMAR experience is a plus.
