Senior Project Manager, GTM
Deliver cross-functional projects on time and within agreed scope. You own the plan, the milestones, and the outcome, and you hold the line on scope when pressure builds. Lead people who do not report to you. You build commitment across teams, make ownership explicit, and hold contributors accountable to what they agreed to do. Run the operating cadence for your projects: stand up the right meetings, drive them to decisions, and follow through on the actions that come out of them. Surface risks and dependencies before they become blockers, and force the trade-off when timeline, scope, and resources collide. Report status to leadership in a form they can act on: what moved, what is blocked, what decision is needed, and by when.
