What you’ll do
- Serve as the central intake and prioritization lead for all creative and brand initiatives.
- Inspire and motivate the team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented work environment.
- Develop, manage, and communicate project plans, timelines, and milestones from brief through final asset delivery.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks related to scope, resources, or timing and driving resolution plans.
- Partner closely with Production to align integrated timelines, budgets, and final deliverables.
- Act as the primary cross-functional liaison, ensuring alignment, communication, and accountability across Growth, Product Innovation, Digital, CRM, Supply Chain/Operations, Retail, and other key stakeholders.
