About this role
Overview
The Senior Project Manager Construction is fully responsible for managing each phase of industrial and commercial construction development projects—from initial conception through final handover and warranty period. This role focuses heavily on warehouse retrofits, facility tenant improvements (TI), and standard office buildouts alongside ground-up core and shell developments. You’ll manage large budgets, drive aggressive schedules, and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of project milestones within deadlines and approved budgets. This position reports to the VP of Construction
Responsibilities
Project Execution & Management:
- Lead projects from pre-construction through final closeout, developing and managing comprehensive project execution plans that define critical milestones and deadlines.
