About the Role Join Bachem's Global Engineering team as a Senior Project Manager Automation (w/m/d). You will lead and coordinate GMP-compliant automation projects (e.g., Batch Control, MES, SCADA, DCS, PLCs) with a focus on GMP production processes, develop automation strategies to increase efficiency and ensure quality, and take technical responsibility for the selection, integration and validation of automation systems. You will also support audits/inspections by authorities (FDA, EMA) and mentor (Junior) Automation Engineers and project teams, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders in a regulated environment.
