About the Role Voice is Maven's fastest-growing, most technically demanding product line. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Voice portfolio end-to-end, balancing latency, ASR/TTS quality, and live-conversation context across integrations. You’ll own roadmap, PRDs, and revenue, and partner with GTM and platform leadership to scale enterprise voice deployments. What You'll Do
- Full product ownership of the Voice line: roadmap, PRDs, delivery, and revenue.
- Telephony and contact-center integrations (SIP, PSTN, Twilio, LiveKit, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect, and others as we expand).
- Voice-specific product decisions: latency budgets, barge-in behavior, STT/TTS quality, conversation state, and handoff to human agents.
- Direct enterprise customer engagement to extract requirements and translate them into tight specs engineering can build from.
