About the Role Senior Product Manager to own the employee and manager experience for Sony's Performance Management Process. This role partners with Talent Enablement & Development, People Technology, HR, business leaders, managers, and employees to design, launch, and continuously improve the performance experience powered by Betterworks. As product owner after go-live, you'll translate talent strategy into clear requirements, manage the internal roadmap, understand the Betterworks roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and ensure the process and system are simple and useful. - Own the employee and manager experience for the Performance Management Process.
- Collaborate with Talent Enablement & Development, People Technology, HR, business leaders, managers, employees, and technical teams to design, launch, and continuously improve the performance experience using Betterworks.
