Description
- The Device Protection, Repair & Support team puts the customer at the forefront of our design and decision-making processes, ensuring customers have options and journeys that meet their collective needs throughout their lifecycle as a TELUS customer. Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together. As the Senior Product Manager of Device Protection, you will support the marketing, sales performance and growth of our programs (Device Care and AppleCare+). You will be integral to driving meaningful bottom line contribution by introducing initiatives and working closely with channels to increase attach rates. Additionally, you will work closely with operations and strategy leads to help plan for the future of Device Protection products.
