The Design and Research teams play a vital role in Coursera's success by gathering learner and educator insights and translating them into recommendations that help Coursera achieve a seamless experience across its platform. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the design of established features within a product area, working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. The experience of learning and transformation is inherently challenging — your work will be to create simplicity from complexity, translating research insights and business needs into elegant, well-crafted design solutions.
