About the Role
As a Senior Operations Specialist, Robot (Shift Lead) in our Robot Operations, you will play a critical role in leading and guiding a team of operators to ensure smooth daily operations. You’ll foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and adaptability while ensuring operational goals are met. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This role is required to work a 4/10 schedule AM/PM shift Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday - Saturday.
