Who You Will Work With The Consumer Product & Innovation Design Engineering team develops 2D and 3D tools to enable virtual digital product creation. Our unique team brings together people from VFX, games, visualization, and more to transform the design and visualization process.
Who We Are Looking For We’re looking for an engineering manager who can lead, coach, and inspire a team of engineers. This role both manages people and the technical output of the team. We want someone with a background in software engineering who has experience in the delivery of visual output, whether it be games, film, simulation, or equivalent expertise. Experience leading teams in a highly matrixed environment. 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
