As a Senior IT Business Analyst within the Human Resources IT team, you will be responsible for translating business needs into technical requirements for the IT team. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze business needs, design IT solutions and improve business processes. What you'll do here:
- Requirements analysis: Organize and participate in requirements specification workshops to identify and document business requirements and IT solutions.
- Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements.
- Design solutions: Translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Propose innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Participate in the design, validation and effort estimation of IT solutions.
- Support development, quality assurance activities and acceptance testing.
