About this role
About the Role Leads the preparation, research and analysis of financial and utilization information to support the General Finance Department goals and objectives. Oversees the extraction of financial data from various accounting and information systems to perform statistical, cost and financial analysis for the preparation of management reports. Serves as a liaison between employees and management providing day to day leadership to team members in order to improve the overall quality and timeliness of the deliverable. Responsible for handling the more complex aspects and issues of the General Finance Department. What You'll Do
- Mentor new employees assigned to team and serve as a resource to all team members.
- Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
