What you'll do

Own operating expense (OPEX) forecasting and budget maintenance by ensuring routine and non-routine transactions are accurately reflected across departmental P&Ls. Partner with department leaders to evaluate, challenge, and document the assumptions that drive operating costs. Build reports, presentations, and financial analyses that provide actionable insights for leadership and external stakeholders. Play a key role in migrating driver-based financial models from spreadsheets to Drivetrain. Support the Manager, FP&A on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects, including fundraising, M&A, and the evolution of balance sheet and cash flow forecasting. Leverage AI tools like Claude to streamline workflows, enhance analysis, draft first-pass commentary, and validate financial models.
