As the Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) at 7shifts, you'll own the operating expense side of the business. Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, you'll be a key member of our lean, two-person FP&A team, leading expense forecasting, building driver-based financial models, and translating data into insights that guide decisions across the business. Your work will have immediate visibility and impact from day one.
