About the Role The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes within the Moen U.S. BU Sales and Channel Finance team. This individual will be a strategic partner to the Moen U.S. Wholesale Commercial Sales and Marketing teams, providing insights that drive financial performance, enhance profitability, and support business decision-making. What You'll Do
- Serve as the Finance Partner for the Non‑Single Family and VIP Plumber commercial teams, delivering strategic financial guidance and decision support to Wholesale Sales, including customer profitability assessments, and accounting/forecasting insights and ad hoc analysis.
- Partner with Sales and Channel on period cost budgets (ASM/SG&A), including managing accruals, forecasting, and facilitating reviews.
