About the Role The Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Operations leads financial analysis and oversight across MTN Fintech mobile money operations for MTN Group Fintech BV. The role provides senior-level support in reconciliation governance, revenue and commission assurance, journal review, receivables oversight, liquidity monitoring, audit remediation, and process improvement, acting as a key business partner to Finance, Operations, Technology and market teams across Uganda. What You'll Do
- Supervise reconciliations of mobile money trust accounts across EWP, bank statements, and related financial systems, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items and escalation of high-risk exceptions.
- Develop and maintain financial and management reports within FCCS and EPBSC, enabling data-driven decision-making for recurring and ad hoc analysis.
