About the Role We’re building KEBA's Data Platform as part of Project Octopus and are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to shape, build and operate an enterprise data platform from the ground up. The role is based in Novi Sad and blends on-site work with a flexible hybrid setup (one guaranteed home-office day per week; additional remote days possible depending on project and team needs). What You'll Do
- Shape data architecture, data modeling approaches and engineering standards
- Design, build and maintain robust data pipelines and data stores
- Contribute to the evolution of our Microsoft Fabric-based platform while evaluating complementary technologies where appropriate
- Work closely with domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support data governance initiatives and improve data quality, consistency and discoverability
