THE ROLE
AMD and its customers are building the compute backbone of the AI era, and our Legal team sits at the center of that expansion. We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join AMD's in-house real estate legal team and lead the legal work behind our most complex data center, infrastructure, energy, and related financing transactions. In this high-impact role you will help AMD acquire, develop, lease, power, and finance the data center facilities that fuel our AI and high-performance computing roadmap, working shoulder to shoulder with our Corporate Strategy and Capital Markets teams as well as Real Estate and Facilities, Engineering, Finance, and Treasury Leaders.
