Position Overview
PACE is looking for an energetic, organized supervisor to assume the role of PROGRAM SUPERVISOR as a part of our management team.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor coordinates and evaluates the provision of quality support services to clients and manages frontline employees at designated Supportive Housing locations in the Toronto area. This position currently works out of our Windward program(Bathurst/Lakeshore) for three (3) days a week and two (2) days a week out of our Henry Lane program (The Esplanade/Lower Jarvis). PLEASE NOTE: these work locations may change based on operational needs but all of our programs are located in the Toronto area.
