About the Role We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive early-stage exploration, hypothesis development, and rapid analytical prototyping that informs high-impact business decisions across PlayStation’s Services organization. Services sits within the Global Sales and Business Operations organization that manages the PlayStation Plus subscription business, a key revenue generator and innovator for Sony Interactive Entertainment. This role sits at the intersection of business, analytics, and data science, and is responsible for shaping ambiguous problems into structured analytical approaches during the early phases of the analytics lifecycle. The Senior Business Analyst partners closely with Integrated Services Leadership, Analytics Partners, Product Managers, and Data.
