About the Role The Senior Business Analyst – SAP S4/Hana Sales & Distribution will partner with the IS team to evaluate, design, develop, test, document, and implement SAP-based business systems focused on SD and related logistics processes. The role involves close collaboration with business users to document requirements, propose feasible solutions, and deliver scalable, upgrade-safe configurations. What You'll Do
- Evaluate user requests for new or modified systems or applications for feasibility, cost, time, compatibility, and impact on business.
- Consult with users to document current procedures and clarify objectives.
- Learn and translate requirements by reading manuals, technical reports, and best practices to develop appropriate programs.
- Formulate development plans and obtain user approval.
