About the Role Avenga is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions within the Healthcare domain. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications and help ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare products. What You'll Do
- Elicit, analyze, and clarify business requirements
- Prioritize requirements for releases and sprint planning
- Participate in Sprint Planning and support preparation activities
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication
- Groom and refine requirements with the project team
- Work closely with Product Owner, Development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clear and ready for implementation
- Manage the product backlog and support requirements prioritization
- Facilitate and participate in Sprint Demo sessions
