Description
- Cemmax Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Batching Plant Operator to oversee the daily operations of our concrete batching plant.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality concrete in accordance with approved mix designs, supervising batching operations, ensuring plant safety, maintaining production records, and mentoring junior operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and supervise the computerized batching plant control system to produce concrete in line with approved mix designs and production schedules.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections of the batching plant, ensuring all equipment and systems are operational before production begins.
- Monitor batching accuracy, material proportions, and production quality to ensure compliance with company standards.
