The role embraces AI-enabled insights and governance to deliver clear, decision-useful recommendations across cycles. You will contribute to building capability within the team and support client-facing analyses. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts, building capability in credit, data discipline, and tooling and reinforcing values-led behaviours.
- Drive consistency/scalability by codifying standard work and promoting disciplined adoption to strengthen trusted, repeatable insights.
