About the Role Mercury is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Accountant who can do more than just close the books. This role focuses on building scalable processes, strengthening controls, leveraging technology, and helping create the accounting infrastructure that allows Mercury to scale. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you’ll join a lean, high-performing team and play a key role in improving close timelines, supporting audits, and driving automation across the accounting function.
What You'll Do
- Own key areas of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules across multiple accounting areas.
