About the Role Drive financial insight and partner with operations as a Senior Accountant at MacLean-Fogg, working closely with the Controller and site leadership across Whitewater and Menomonee Falls. This role supports financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis in a collaborative manufacturing environment where individual contributions are valued. What You'll Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities while ensuring GAAP compliance
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations to understand manufacturing performance and cost drivers
- Assist with cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing analysis
- Support audits and strengthen internal controls
