Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support month-end financial close activities.
- Prepare accurate management accounts and financial reports.
- Maintain the integrity of accounting records and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and business performance reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and payment planning.
- Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, WHT, PAYE, pension, and other statutory obligations.
- Coordinate audit readiness and support external auditors.
- Review the work of junior finance team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve finance-related issues.
