This position falls under our Cross Border line of business and is located in Toronto, Canada. Reporting directly to the Director Financial Institutions, the Senior Account Manager will work with key areas of the business including Sales, Solutions, Compliance, Cross Border Support and other Functional Departments to ensure long-term growth, retention and profitability throughout the relationship. Ultimately, the position ensures implementation and onboarding milestones as well as payment-based SLAs are met/exceeded to exceed our client’s expectations.
