About the Role Saracens Broadfields is part of Saracens MAT and is seeking a proactive SENCO to lead and develop the school's SEN provision for the 2026/27 academic year. The role requires a drive to create an exceptional local school and to enable all pupils to be the best they can be. What You'll Do
- Lead identification and provision for pupils with special educational needs, coordinating support with teaching staff, families, and external professionals.
- Develop and implement the school's SEN policy and practice, ensuring statutory duties are met and outcomes improve.
- Promote inclusion, independence, confidence, self-esteem and teamwork across the school; contribute to whole-school improvement.
- Collaborate within Saracens MAT to share expertise, support staff training on inclusion, and drive ongoing development. What We're Looking For
