About the Role SENCo to develop and lead the school's SEND strategy as a Senior Manager across the school and part of the Extended Leadership Team. The role requires a strong commitment to an inclusive, restorative ethos and to supporting vulnerable learners. What You'll Do
- Develop and lead SEND strategy and provision across the school
- Lead and inspire the SEND team and work as part of the Extended Leadership Team
- Ensure a highly effective universal SEND offer and adapt to change and opportunities
- Manage resources and align practices with current SEND guidance What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a SENCo or equivalent leadership role
- Deep knowledge of current SEND practices and legislation
- Ability to lead a forward-thinking SEND team and drive improvements
- Commitment to an inclusive, restorative school ethos and pupil well-being
