About this role
About the Role As Segment Leader, you plan and manage production capacity and schedules to meet customer requirements, coordinate equipment utilization, ensure on-time production, and analyze production results to drive continuous improvements. What You'll Do
- Plan the production capacity (equipment, personnel) and schedules (including additional shifts) according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate the optimal utilization of production equipment.
- Ensure on-time production and monitor achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets according to schedule.
- Support Production Control; analyze the previous day's production results (e.g., efficiency, quality, waste, rejects) and identify/implement countermeasures (KOSU, KATA) or escalate as needed. What We're Looking For
- Engineering degree or master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent.
