About the Role ASSET Technology Group seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead software development programs from planning through delivery. The role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams, and removing impediments to improve speed and quality. It also requires close collaboration with technical teams and a strong understanding of DevOps and SDLC. What You'll Do
- Lead and facilitate all Agile and Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile values, Scrum practices, and DevOps mindsets to improve team self-organization and delivery efficiency
- Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments that hinder progress and delivery
- Promote adaptive Agile culture to respond effectively to changing requirements and priorities
