About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of complex Salesforce projects. You will run discovery, translate client requirements into world-class solutions, and guide implementation from inception to successful delivery, while collaborating with sales and project teams. What You'll Do
- Drive requirements gathering sessions and map client business processes; lead discovery workshops to ensure a complete picture of client needs.
- Design Salesforce Lightning Platform solutions that meet client requirements within capacity and budget.
- Develop Salesforce implementation roadmaps for clients.
- Lead project implementation teams to ensure high-quality builds and drive quality across Vera’s technical implementations.
- Communicate solution decisions internally and with customers throughout each project.
