Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and business activities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, shipping rates, and sales documentation for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo movements, and provide customers with regular status updates.
- Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and service delivery.
