Responsibilities
- Manage in-store retail activities
- Provide customer service and enhanced customer experience
- Assess customers’ needs and provide matching products and services
- Demonstrate sound product and service knowledge always
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand, as well as price trends
- Understand/monitor local competitors and communicate business intelligence
- Identify, introduce and penetrate new prospects and other sales opportunities
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
- Perform direct marketing and sales activities as well as coordinate periodic promotional activities
- Generate B2B, corporate and bulk/wholesale sales where feasible
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers
