Sales Representative
This is an entry-level, remote, performance-based independent contractor role focused on selling supplemental insurance products primarily to working families, labor unions, credit unions, and associations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Business or sales background is a plus
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Basic computer proficiency preferred; CRM experience is a bonus
- Willingness to complete state licensing (many agents finish external training programs in as little as 10 days)
- Ability to work remotely as an independent contractor
