Job Description
- The Sales & Marketing Managers is responsible for driving sales, executing marketing activities, generating qualified leads, and promoting the Hotel's offerings across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Generate and convert leads to active buyers.
- Conduct hotel inspections and guide clients on-site.
- Present options, pricing, and documentation clearly.
- Handle objections and follow up until sales are closed.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Lead Management & Conversion:
- Respond to inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
- Maintain timely and professional follow-up routines.
