Job Description
Warehouse Site Selection and Operational Launch (Key Focus in the Initial Stage):
- Responsible for inspecting and selecting warehouse locations in the Badagry area that meet the company’s requirements, evaluating location safety, transportation convenience, rental costs, and surrounding facilities and services.
- Coordinate the completion of local compliance procedures for the warehouse to ensure that warehouse operations are legal and compliant.
Team Building and Management:
- Recruit and build a local sales team according to business plans.
- Improve the team’s product knowledge, sales skills, and cross-border business service capabilities through daily training, accompanying sales visits, review meetings, and other methods.
