- Drive sales through constant customer interaction and timely quotations
- Costing of building plans and issuing accurate quotations to customers
- Issue and follow up quotations to generate sales
- Read and interpret building plans to ensure quotations are correct and within agreed timeframes
- Manage telephone communications: answer calls, return calls, and follow up
- Maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards at all times
- Ensure a cost-effective and efficient delivery service
- Manage special orders and the quote process
