As our Rooms Technician, you’re hands-on, solution-focused, and always ready to jump in. From a flickering light to a stubborn AC unit, you make sure our guests experience nothing but comfort, even when they never see the work behind it. You don’t just fix things — you keep Mama’s world moving.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Technical Troubleshooter
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across guest rooms and related areas
- Respond quickly to technical faults and guest room maintenance requests
- Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general building systems
- Ensure all repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
