Job Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing guest rooms and designated public areas to the hotel's standards. The role ensures that every guest room is clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and ready for occupancy while delivering exceptional service that enhances the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Cleaning:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace bed linen, and arrange pillows neatly.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and other surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors where applicable.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, mirrors, and floors.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, towels, drinking water, and other room supplies.
