The Revenue and Budget Accountant is responsible for managing cost reimbursement billing, grant and contract revenue accounting, and budget development and submission activities, with a primary focus on contracts and funding agreements with county and other governmental agencies. This position ensures accurate and timely preparation of reimbursement invoices, compliance with funding requirements, budget monitoring, financial reporting, and coordination with program managers and external funding partners. The Revenue and Budget Accountant serves as a key liaison between Finance, program staff, and funding agencies to maximize reimbursement revenues, maintain compliance with contract requirements, and support organizational budgeting and forecasting processes.
